At Rain City Paddle Co., we want you to absolutely love your paddle. If it's not a perfect match, no worries—we’ve got your back. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee means you can return your paddle for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No hassles, no stress—we might ask for feedback to help us improve, but your return won’t be affected by it. 

How Returns Work: 

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your paddle. 
Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs (original shipping fees are non-refundable). 
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within a few business days. 

Can I return a paddle that’s been modified? 

We totally get that players like to fine-tune their gear. Some modifications are okay for returns, while others will void the policy: 

 Allowed Modifications: 

Adding lead tape 
Applying edge guard tape 
Using overgrips, as long as the original factory grip stays on 

 Modifications That Void the Return Policy: 

Removing the original factory grip 
Altering or removing the butt cap 
Changing the handle (including adding PU inserts) 

What About Other Products? 

Items like balls, apparel, and accessories must be unused and in new condition to be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Once you’ve been playing with your paddle for a while, we trust you’re out there winning games and having fun! But if something unexpected happens, we offer a 6-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for U.S. customers only.

What’s Covered? 


Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use 

What’s Not Covered?

 Normal wear and tear (scuffs, faded graphics, etc.) 
Damage from improper use (hitting the ground, another paddle, or anything else besides a ball!) 
Accidental damage or negligence 
Any modifications or DIY repairs 
Purchases from non-authorized dealers 
Paddles bought used, won in a giveaway, or received via promotions 
Paddles shipped outside our supported regions (except for APO, FPO, and DPO mail)

 Important Notes: 

If you send your paddle to a freight forwarder or have it shipped outside the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., or France, both the 30-day return policy and the 6-month warranty will be void. 

We are not responsible for missing or incorrect items in these cases.
